I cant get my Number
I called in to do a sim swap, Unfortunalety I failed thosec security questions that were asked, Then Twane Suggested that I should go to the police station to do an affidavit, I mailed back through to her but still she couldn't do a sim swap, How can i do ***** on a sim card that is registered under my name, I even sent her a certified copy of my Identity Document, I have been using this Number since 2005, how can i do ***** on a prepaid number? this is the worst service i've ever had in my entire life
