I can't complain about service, because there is none

After switching from Vodacom to MTN due to me having no signal during loadshedding I couldn't regret this decision more! Now I'm having zero signal during and after loadshedding in different towns, I can't make calls, I can't send messeges, NOTHING! I have a infant which requires me to have signal 24/7 incase of an emergency. Their service is absolutely horrible and I get the exact same excuses everytime - "we are busy updating our signal towers"

I am defnitely switching back to Vodacom as soon as my contract ends and I will recommend everyone to do so too. I pay a lot of money every month and I can't even complain about the service because there is none! I am very disapointed in MTN!!
