I can’t buy most data including my town offers.

I’m currently struggling with buying data on my MTN number ( +27 (65) *** ) Even my town offers does not permit. Kindly fix this issue, that I’m currently facing.. The only data that the number allows is the expensive ones, of which I can’t afford them..
