I cannot make Calls
I am not happy at all with MTN, all i asked for when i called was to make my number visible to the recipient when i call them as it shows Unknown number to them.
they said to me it was done i must switch Phone for 5 minutes it will be fine... Now i am stuck with egg on my face nothing is working . I cannot make phone calls using my number ...even 135 or 136 , or any number for that matter i have been baldly inconvenienced by this . i need it sorted urgently
