I cannot cancel my MTN Contract

I have been trying to cancel my contract with MTN for a month without any luck. Every time I call into the call centre I am giving different quotes. I was eventually given a quote of R17.6k and told to pay the amount and call back within 24 hours to confirm contract cancelation. I paid the amount and called back into the call centre. To my surprise the credit in my accoun reflecting on the consultant's side was different to what I paid. To make matters worse, the consultant is now saying I should pay an even higher amount for me to Cancell. This has been ********** service from MTN. I can't be going through this just for contract cancelation. MTN needs to do better..this is horrible
