I can't fix my phone or cancel my contract.
First of all my phone fell and I have insurance. The claim has been logged but the people in the store told me that no one will attend to my query because they are striking. I still did not receive any feedback regarding my claim, ***.

Secondly, I was supposed to cancel my contract after the 21st of May. Unfortunately I could not do this due to the strike. It is unacceptable to expect me to pay for any further services if I do not want it.

MTN is a multi-billion Rand company and should sort out this issues when the strike is over and pay back the money to their customers if they debited accounts which could not be cancelled due to the strike.

The reason why I am cancelling my contract with MTN is because I have complained more that ten times over the past 4 years regarding the bad voice AND data reception/signal in the Secunda area and no attention or feedback has been given to improve this.

Please assist me ASAP with feedback as to how I can cancel my contract and fix my cellphone.

Regards
GJK
