I can't blacklist my lost phone.

<p>I lost my on 16/06/2017. I wnt to th police station to report it, they cant help becouse i need to blacklist the phoen first. I phoned MTN they told me that they are offline and can't blaclist the phone since then i kept on trying to get someone to help me becouse i need to op en a case at the SAPS, but without ITC REF i can't. i would just like to say thanks to MTN for being no help at all. I'm very disappointed, you can't even process my claim even though you know the fault is your side. UTTER BULL****. </p>
