I bought sms bundles
I bought sms bundles(30 sms's) from MTN on the 23rd of November and was charged for them ad even got the text message to prove it. Yet I not only could not sms after that till this very day, I also did not get credited for the sms's. I called their call centre on the 4th of December and the agent told me there was no record of me buying the bundles, even more frustrating is the fact that I was told this would be investigated and I would get feedback. 20 days later and I'm still waiting. <br> <br> This is just one of the many issues I have with this provider.

Please note that we've looked into the account and we see that the sms bundles were purchased on the 23-11-2015 @ 06:08:42 . Between the 23rd Nov till 26-11-2015 @ 18:50:16.0 every sms sent was depleting from the sms bundle
We would like to assure you that we are actively working to improve our service levels.

Please note that we've looked into the account and we see that the sms bundles were purchased on the 23-11-2015 @ 06:08:42 . Between the 23rd Nov till 26-11-2015 @ 18:50:16.0 every sms sent was depleting from the sms bundle
