I bought a phone on Contract with MTN in March 2016. It got lost and I got a new one. Yesterday the replacement phone was Backlisted without my consent and when I call their call center they are not willing to assist me.

I bought a phone on Contract with MTN in March 2016. It got lost and I got a new one. Yesterday the replacement phone was Backlisted without my consent and when I call their call center they are not willing to assist me.

The level of service from the store was fine but the call center lady who took my call was so rude. How does a phone get blacklisted without the consent of the person who purchased it.

I am hoping this will make MTN take me seriously.
