I asked to be moved to PREPAID and they CANCELED instead. USELESS.

I went to an MTN branch and they told me to cancel my contract I needed to phone in to do it. Multiple times I had to try get ahold of someone to move from contract to prepaid, they told me we need to pay the new month thereafter it will be cancelled. We spoke to three separate people about cancelling the contract and moving it to PREPAID, we said prepaid about 12 times, they even asked us do you want it on PREPAID and we said yes AGAIN, but what did they do. They ****** cancelled the contract and are now telling me the number doesn't exist after we said PREPAID so many times. I run my business from that number useless fools, how can you be that ****** ***********. I need my number back and going to an MTN doesn't help as they say I need to phone when I phoned 135 they don't answer it just goes in an endless waiting loop of calling 135 to get help.
