I am very furious with MTN,on the 25th of December 2024 my LTE Wifi were suspended without no reason then on the 27th December 2024 i returned my old router and were told that i have to take out a new contract to continue using the wifi of which i did.Every monthe there is an issue up untill today.Now this morning i recieved an sms stating that i need to pay R8269.02 to stay connected yet i did submit an Avidavit stating that my old Router were returnd can i get assistance to remove this amount from my name please because someone is not doing something rite here.
