I am very disappointed with the service I got at MTN oval centre Ladysmith KZN

I am very disappointed with the service I got at MTN oval centre Ladysmith KZN. I’ve have been overcharged from February last year and they still can’t assist me with sorting out the issue. The lady by the name of Nonjabulo refused to help me.
