I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH MTN INSURANCE!

I’m disappointed to have been told that I cannot add a benefit to my cellphone insurance that I WILL PAY FOR. When I took the phone in May, I did not need cover for theft, only damage of phone. But I now I am in a risky area, I need the cover. I was told I cannot be helped. I’m very disappointed.
