I am totally appalled from the service I am receiving from MTN .

I am totally appalled from the service I am receiving from MTN . I received an SMS stating that I owe MTN funds for a contract I took out in 2018 . I immediately called them at the end of May ,they advised there was a contract in my name I must go the police station get an affidavit stating that I did not take a contract with them . This was done and sent with a certified copy of my ID . *** case was opened up with their ***** department. This was then closed by MTN and stating that the signatures match and so to does the documents . Why was this not sent to me for verification. What are they matching the signatures back to ? Where is the copy of the contract so I can have a look . Where and How was this contract taken out ? So many unanswered questions . These are fundamentals of customer service which they have no idea of There was no call or further contact from them . I called in again today and logged another query which is reference number – ***. Again I advised them I did not open up any contract in 2018 . I need this matter resolved urgently .
