I am tired of MTN Maponya Mall

<p>On the 1st of July i took my Samsung phone to MTN Maponya Mall as it had stopped working. i got it after 3 weeks however it was not glued in properly, from the screen we could see the inside of the phone, so i was given a new form to fill as they said it needs to go back, i adv them that i will collect it myself at SAMSUNG but they said they do not know which Samsung they are taking it too. It's compulsory that i collect it at MTN, i am loosing on business as i use for phone for business and banking, i need my phone back, Nkosi assisted me. i need a compensation for the loss.
