I am tired of making the same call 3 tiimes
To complete a conversation I need to callback 3 to 4 times cause calls keep cutting. Mtn appologises for the inconvenience yet charges me each time for the calls.

We are truly sorry for the inconvenience caused and for the delayed response to your post. It was never our intention to have dissatisfied you in any way.
Firstly we will need to establish where the problem is with your calls dropping. The first option we will need to look at is your device. You will need to test your SIM card in another device, make an out going call and see what happens. If the calls still drop then we will need to get a request logged on your behalf with our Coverage Department.
You can send them an e-mail to *** and they will respond with a template with information needed for a sufficient request to be logged on your behalf.
Once again we do apologize for the breakdown in service exprienced.
Regards
Tim
