I AM TIRED NOW!!!!

I app**** online for an upgrade on 20/07/2016. I was called withing minutes, to confirm my upgrade. RTT called me on 21/07/2016 to confirm my address and schedule my delivery for Friday 22/07/2016. NO DELIVERY - NO COMMUNICATION. I call RTT the following Tuesday, I get put through to the driver who confirms my adres, WHICH WAS NOT MY ADDRESS. The driver states that he has 2 addresses for me, I confirm my address with the driver, who promises to sort it out. NO DELIVERY - NO COMMUNICATION. I call RTT on the Thursday (1week since upgrade), I am told that I must change my address with MTN - LIKE I MESSED IT UP IN THE FIRST PLACE - I am transferred to MTN, where they change the address. I call RTT on the Friday, they advise that the address has not been updated. NO DELIVERY - NO COMMUNICATION. I call MTN on the next Thursday (2weeks since upgrade), the guy advises that the last note made was that the delivery van broke down, he promises to escalate the case NOTHING. I call RTT the next Thursday (3weeks after upgrade), they advise that they returned the device to MTN. I get put through to MTN, transferred from pilar to post. I am told I need to speak with LERATO BALOYI who was my original sales lady - who works at a call centre, and to whom there is no direct line. Again I am transferred from here to there - I eventually get through to the KZN call centre. There I am assisted by an indian lady (the only person who really seemed interested in helping me), she promises to send my case to LERATOs Supervisors as URGENT. And here we are - NEARLY 4 WEEKS SINCE MY UPGRADE - NO DELIVERY - NO COMMUNICATION. I HAVE BEEN WITH MTN FOR +-15 YEARS. I HAVE 3 CONTRACTS WITH MTN - AND THIS IS THE DISGUSTING SERVICE ONE GETS. THIS JUST REFLECTS ON THE WEAKNESSESS IN YOUR SYSTEMS AND YOUR EMPLOYEES INABILITY TO ASSIST ANY CUSTOMER NO MATTER WHICH DEPARTMENT THEY ARE FROM. The device was returned from RTT, why was it not quiried then? Why did RTT just return the device - where are the lines of communication. Your internal processes are obviously flawed and for such a BIG/GIANT company, this is just a total disgrace. In 3 weeks of phone calls, not one of your employees where interested enough to actually sort this out, instead of just trying to push it onto the next person. I AM TRULY DISAPPOINTED.
