I am stuck with an huawei phone that i cant use but its only 7days old an its contract and insured
I tpok an mtn contracr over the phone and it took 15days to get y phone delivered. NOW i got the phone and only used it for 4days now the phone doesnt want to access anything including my messages. I went to an tn store and the consultant told me its a software . IT needs to be upgraded. I eed to take it in for 3-4weeks then il get it back. HOW can they give me a phone that has software problems and i use it for business i cant afford 1day without it. THEY told me they cant help me. WHAT is te purpose of insurance and i havent used my phone for more than 7days. WHAT **** is this
