I am struggling to pay my MTN contract,no one is helping

Hi my name is Mpho,I’ve had a contract with MTN from last year,it was a sim only for minutes,lately I was unable to pay for like 3months,fourth month I went to the store asking for assistance to make payments,they gave me contacts of different lawyers whom might be handling my accounts,none of them are handling it,today I’m sitting here I don’t know how to pay MTN,my credit score is very bad,what’s funny is that I have the money but I can’t pay,MTN customer care is also not helping at all
