I am still billed after cancellation
I changed service providers in May and I've been billed for 3 months after my account with MTN was closed.
I can't get help from the MTN store because my account is inactive. The customer care can't help me for the same reason and they have escalated my query to retention department. Nothing is happening and I've received my bill for September in the mail!
Absa charged me R25 to stop and get THIS months debit order payment back.
