I am soooooo fed up with MTN

It has now been 7 months and counting. I have a open contract and after all the drama with my billings etc. some sod decided we have NOT messed her around enough, lets for the hell of it, change her billing and agreement to something else again. You just cannot get hold of anybody with the damn authority to once and all make sure that the correct thing gets billed every month.
