I am receiving accounts for services I don't have
In May I came into the MTN head office to apply for two contract SIMs.
The application process fizzled out and after I could no longer get hold of MTN by phone or email, I gave up.
The SIMs were at the time, and are still on the Telkom Mobile network.
Last month I started receiving invoices and statements for these SIMs, but they are not active on the MTN network.
I need this 'account' closed. I no longer trust the service of MTN and am going to stay with Telkom Mobile.
I have tried communicating by emailing, phone and Facebook, to no avail.

Thank you for your post.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced with our service.
The port system reflect that MTN did sent the request to Telkom Mobile for the port request on the 29 June, in the meantime the account has been activated for the billing purpose. The system reflect that the port request has been with Telkom 18th of August and they have not sent it back to MTN, due to the process taking too long the port process has been cancelled.
The numbers is still on Telkom Mobile network. The MTN account will be cancelled.
For further assistance you may contact our port department on ***.
