i am now exhausted of complaining to you!

I wrote on hellopeter in regards to my phone, the last complaint was on 14 Aug 2017 and Mosimanyane responded, the way I was tired of MTN, I got the phone and it only worked for one day and it was in my drawer all this time. I booked it in again for the 4th time, I do not understand why you do not just refund me my money for this phone, I am tired shame of MTN. The phone is booked in and the warranty is expiring on Wday for a phone I only used for 1 year.
