I am now blacklisted i can't take any credit because @mtn South after have failed me.

I am now blacklisted because of @MTNzaService, in 2019 i took a Huawei y9 prime in October and the deduction was fine they deducted for 3 month then February i went to add i phone 7 to my credit, that's where the problem started they were not longer deducting from my account from that month. I used to pay at the atm and provide them with slips. I on the way stopped paying because i thought i am paying for nathing because i could go to mtn Brooklyn branches and tell them the problem and they couldn't fix. Then June last year i started receiving calls from vericredit they told me that my balance with mtn is R2987 i arranged the payments with them, they deducted month end of September, October, November they did not deduct, December they deducted, January they did not and because i had their contact i called them and ask as too why they did not deduct then we arrange for deduction during the month of February and i told my consultant with the name of bokang from vericredit that he must deduct twice that month because i want to finish up with the credit before April. Month end of February they did not deduct i called and ask vericredit why they did not deduct they told me that my account has been withdrawal from them it came as a shock because the same month during the month i made a payment but all of a sudden my account has been withdrawal then after 2 weeks i got a call from @NimbleGroup they told me i owe them the same amount R2987 that i owed verified in June when they started calling me. I was very surprised because i paid 4 month with @vericredi and the money did not go to @MTNzaService 🤮. Then i called and asked as to why it's like that, they told me that the account was handed to them the same month as the @vericredi i was so surprised then i tried calling @Vericredit to provide me with the statement they took the whole 5 month to provide me with the statement and by that time when i check nimble group there are 2 payments made without my knowledge, in the statement of nimble group the 2*R350 payments are made without my knowledge and the account is now R2387 from R2987 i don't know how because I'm still stuck with the misunderstanding that occurred. I don't want to lie it's affecting me very much because now I am in the books of bad payers and i am blacklisted, this is pure bad service from @MTNzaService.
