I am not on MTN but blacklisted by MTN

I closed my account but they send me from one person to another I have Pop and email sent to them to close they said I am not on the new system the new system say I am on the old now I am on ITC I have proof of what I say I am thinking of visiting their shop Close doors until it's done correctly
