I am not happy with MTN service

I was contacted two months ago by an MTN representative who informed me about their latest package. I informed the agent that I was not interested in their new package. Without my consent, the agency moved me, causing my contract to increase from R830 to R980. I called MTN, but my issue wasn't resolved, and I was transferred from one department to another.
