I am not getting help

I am mduduzi mkhize I called last week , requesting to perform a sim card swap. I lost my cell phone and called the call centre to assist me with the request. I have been having this number for more than 10 years. I have been told I am failing the security check ,to obtain the sim swap. I am a business owner, this is my business cell number , the whole situation is affecting my business, my clients can not get hold of me.r I even went to your walk in client services at jabulani mall, I don't know what more to do, as I went with all my documents just to prove that I am the real owner of the number. Can I please get help .. I am frustrated and dont know what more I need to do.because the consultant I spoke to ..never advised I failed the checks ..I waited and my number is still not active. I am worried about my business and I desperately need help.i have been a loyal client for so long . And I am not getting assistance.
