I am frustrated by MTN customer service. On 1st march 2026, I have ordered a router from MTN. They have not delivered yet. When I phone mtn customer service, they say it’s handed with DSV. When I contact DSV they don’t have my order with the order details
unpleasant service from MTN and poor communication even after following up
