I am forced through lawyers to pay for an item I never received.

During May/June 2017, I received a call/message that I should pay for the tablet I bought from MTN. MTN in Durban called to sell a product, the discussion started with a low price. As we continue talking, the lady was making additional moneys. I said no I will stay with the initial price. The the woman talked with a serious negative attitude, forcing me to take the product. The more I said no, she continued, taking advantage of the fact that initially I had agreed. Following this incident, I am attacked with phone calls. If I answer, I am again forced to accept. Now on the 23rd of September, the same company of MTN in Durban with the telephone number stated above, sent a message that the are taking the matter to that MBD attorneys in Johannesburg. Personally, I tried to sort out the matter by going to the nearest MTN shop where I live. Using my ID number, they confirmed that two phone tablets were taken under my name. I explained that I do not have a tablet or even two of those. I struggled to get the appropriate customer number. Finally, a lady from MTN head office called and said I should send an affidaffit from police station and attach an ID copy. I did that during June/July 2017. I still received a threatening call today. The person from the same number, calls and keeps quiet.

I need help and support in sorting this problem.
