I am fed up with mtn

I am tired ,mtn with 2 ref number in 3 days my business loosing millions a day,Ref ,RITM***, ref,***,I wnts to do a sim swop. Mtn prepaid told me it's still a business contract ,business side told me it's now a prepaid, after all the e mails I can not sort my number *** out,. I loosing business, millions a day,I was at mtn for 28 years and when all my contracts end I am gone from them. I am going to sue them for millions,loosing plus every person I spoke to at mtn
