I am extremely angry at the way MTN HAS BEEN TREATING ME

I have been trying to contact mtn to change the phone I have here. They told me I have 5 days to change this phone after I receive it, mind you mtn is closed on a Sunday and they only have 3 stores I can change the phone at (which are extremely far from where I live or work). Customer care has moved me from department to department. I was then transfered back to sales and was waiting for over an hour, finally the call gets answered and the lady on the other hand drops the call. I tried calling back I waited 5 minutes and the call got cut. If I have only 5 days and no one gets back to me within those 5 days then I have to sit with something I really don't want.
