i am dismayed & frustrated MTN repairs!!
<p>On the first of July i took my phone to MTN Maponya mall as it has stopped working, they booked it in, i got it after 3 weeks, however they screen was not assembled properly so they had to book it back in again. At first they gave me back a phone that is not properly fixed, all from a well-kwon company. As i had to book it back in, i have been using other people's phones to call the repair Centre. On the 10th of August i was given a Ref no. ********** , I cannot take it no more, since this on under warranty i demand a new phone to replace the one that they do not have parts for. I want a new Phone MTN. you are offending me by not caring how I keep in contact. i am dismayed & frustrated</p> <p> </p>

What is the definition of warranty, if I should school you; it means that I have the right to bring it back and should you fail to fix it, it needs a replacement. This is ludicrous, how am I supposed to live without a phone? I keep borrowing phones from friends, after a week they want their phone back, then I need to try someone else. I will not go on like this for yet another day. My phone needs to be replaced today!!!!
