I am disappointed in MTN contract 😞

Good afternoon, I was double billed by MTN contract, I then requested a refund of R550.00 via email which was on the 27 April 2025. Unfortunately even today I haven't gotten my money instead I am given a runaround that's how foolish I am perceived. I am told to submit after submit its submit however there's no way forward or anything. Can someone intervene and assist me please.
