i am absolutely stunned and disappointed with MTN, i have been a client with them for a couple of years now, and decided to apply for a laptop contract, i have been approved and i have received the order numbers for both orders that i have been approved for, and that is that, i have been trying to get hold of my agent (Thankdeka Ndlovu) from MTN direct and i have just been sent from pillar to post, no one can help me, no one can direct me to a manager of any sort all they say is Thandeka needs to call me,,,and she simply does not! can a manager of some sort or even Thandeka call me as i am done trying to call her
