I am a victim of MTN negligence.

A ********** account was opened using my details at MTN. I contacted MTN and i was told that they have discovered that i did not open that account. I was assured that the matter will be sorted out. More than 2 years later, NOTHING has been done. I told a co-worker and she said she just finished her contract with MTN and it was a nightmare for her aswell when she had problems.

My credit profile is ruined and i cannot get anyform of credit however I DO NOT OWE MTN.

Can someone please advise me what i need to do to get justice, these big companies ignore us when we are victims of their negligence but are eager to convince us they are reputable, reliable and honest.

I did not open the mtn account now my life is ruined.
