I actually have no words even

On 16 January 2018 I paid R2000 in store at greenstone to activate roaming. On 17 January 2018 I went back to the store to cancel my request and asked for a refund. Today on 16 February 2018 – a month later I still do not have my refund. I resorted to 808 to try and get my money back, received the following reference numbers all for the same issue, all closed without my refund being paid back to me: 1- ********** 0244 1- ********** 4894 1- ********** 4437 I have tried talking to the manager Thabo in the store and also received a reference number from Mothusi in the store nl: Req:191960 but both has started to ignore my calls, so I also tried talking to Pinky in the store when she started ignoring my calls. Bottom line, after a month and trying both the store and 808 relentlessly I still have not received my refund and I am utterly disgusted in this service!! So if you see a crazy lady refusing to leave the store over the weekend until she gets her money back you know who it is!!
