I activated roaming for Dubai and Madrid from the 29 September

I activated roaming for Dubai and Madrid from the 29 September.It never worked i emailed them asking them to contact me so that we can fix and no one bother to and resolve this issue.as we speak I am Dubai and data roaming is still not working and I have to rely on wifi.
