Hywai p30

I did a upgrade for my grandchild on a hywai p30 phone he used the phone for about 13 days with his old mtn simcard. Then the phone got stollen. We then find out that the phone never activate his sim that wad using in tje phone. Mtn refuce to help us. The only concutoin is that the phone was faulty.
