Hurt and frustrated unhappy customer

I called them since May regarding my Settlement letters which I needed to send to my bank but I never got any assistance I even went to the store same thing, I sent complaints to their complaints department no one ever attended to my complaint up to this day no one ever assisted I am still on the phone even now trying to fight do the letters. I am very much hurt and frustrated with MTN service today I got transferred for more than 4 times I spoke with Yondela, xolelwa ntsali, Mbali dlamini I forgot the other one but no one could assist or send me to the correct department, I called *** no assistance I called ***no assistance the only thing they have is attitude
