Hungama ********** subscription (MTN)

I have somehow been subscribed to Hungama play that has been taking money off my account. This is a clear case of *****. You cant call the contact centre and report because no one answers. Cant submit an online form because the form doesn't work. Sent an email and no one responds. Please can someone investigate how I was subscribed to this ********** service and refund me?
