Humiliated in MTN Brooklyn
I app**** for a new contract 20/21 March 2016. I was informed in front of all the customers that I was a ********* according to Trans Union. I contacted Trans Union, paid for my credit report. My credit report was squeaky clean. Trans Union indicated that there was something wrong/outdated with MTN. I went back to MTN Brooklyn - I wanted to know where they got the information, as it was extremely humiliating!!!!!! I also requested a written apology from their H/O. After no response I went back to MTN Brooklyn on 02/04/2016 and was informed that somebody from their H/O will definitely contact me. I am still waiting....and waiting ...and waiting.... It is horrific how the public are treated. MTN is pathetic in their dealings!!!
