humiliated in front of customers
had to go back 3 times as queues are very long, I was eventually called by an arrogant young coloured man after he cleaned and cleared his desk, I explained to him that I want to port my nr back to MTN, existing contract goes on prepaid from friday, he rudely explain to me that I cannot do it now only on friday, I asked him if he's sure as I work on my phone and thought maybe I can finalize the paperwork and come back on friday, knowing that the next day is saturday, this is where he turned to his colleagues and shouted loudly to his colleagues and customers \does anyone know how to port a nr if you do plse explain it to this lady"he did not ask me if I was taking out a new contract "
