Huge Billing Problem!

<p>Hi there, I'd like to lodge a complaint against MTN.</p> <p>Account: A ********** </p> <p>I have 2 cellphone lines, both have been out of contract for more than a year. Amount of around R530 was debited each month. It was a month to month "contract", we cancelled it in October 2016, but later that month reinstated it. -as a month to month. Never stating that it was to be another 24 month contract.</p> <p>Up to November 2016 the amount was R530 debited.</p> <p>December 2016 R1166 was debited</p> <p>Jan 2017 R778 was debited.</p> <p>In November and December I phoned the MTN call centre but got nowhere, being transferred multiple times to different departments but got nowhere, or was eventually cut off as the call centre was being "restructured". </p> <p>But I did however cancel all the cellphone lines in Nov when I phoned. -please check your phone records.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please could someone kindly assist me.</p> <p>1. Confirm that all my lines with MTN are cancelled.</p> <p>2. Refund the money that was wrongly debited from my account. Dec 2016 and Jan 2017.</p> <p>3.
