Huawei Pura 70 order

Im very disappointed with mtn. Last month (August), I ordered huawei PURA 70 and it was advertised that its comes with Huawei Nova Y61 but i have since received only the huawei pura 70 but not the huawei nova Y61. I have since called and i was told that my case has been taken to online ordering department but i havent heard anything and i have also emailed them but the only response i received was that my mail has been received, and now its end of september and I'm still waiting. That kind of advertising is against ECTA (Electronic Communication and Transactions Act 2002).
