i am not happy with rules and of MTN, im happy with their staff and obviously i understand that they have to follow the rules and regulation i understand that.

i would like to apply for a contract phone for R699 a month which you pay for 36 months i sent an email to MTN to get the phone, application was decline via phone but they didnt tell me and i was advise to go to MTN store which i did at festival mall to find out why they did not approve me to get the phone and the reason was dumb even the lady that was selling said it doesn't make sense cause my credit records are up to date but they can not give me cause of my credit score i low now im focred to open an account or they can not help me.

i once had a phone contract with MTN and i paid fully with no issues and my sister uses that number even today.

every account i had i paid all of them fully without any issue, cause i needed to save money for lobola and marriage and it took me few years now im married all i want is a contract phone for my wife as a present on her birthday.

i believe the must be away they can assist me cause my credit record is in good standing its not like i owe any or i have never had an account i did have account and paid all of them fully to plan my lobolo and wedding
