Huawei P40 missed informed

On Tuesday I upgraded to the new Huawei p40. Only to find out when I arrived home it is not office356 and various Google programs supported The mtn consultant said that and I quote "its only some funny apps not supported like a bird app that they know of that doesn't work" my husband and I still laughed and said we don't need bird apps. She did say it's not android which I understand but I informed her I work from home and my cell is basically my office so I need the above to work. Now that I went back a day later informing her that she gave me the wrong info and I cannot connect any of my work ory daughter school work and just said sorry she can't help me I want to return the phone and get something I can work with and she is not willing to help me Although a consultant from mtn retractions said that the store needs to take it back and I confirm with her on a couple of occasions is she sure and she said yes. Who does one trust these days Mtn is seriously the worst when it comes to customer service and knowledge of their products
