HUAWEI NOVA 8I

On the 11 of May I claimed my lost phone,then the following Monday it was approved.I was asked to pay an access amount which I did ,then I was offered a few cell phones which I was not happy with until they offered me a Huawei nova 8i which I was happy with then I was promised a delivery in 3 too 5 days.then in the 3rd day i call in 2 find out if the device is out already for delivery ,suddenly am told I was not supposed to be offered that device,if I did not call in how was I going to know that and why in the first place did it show in my offers. So can I please have my Huawei nova 8i please.HELLOPETER please assist,cause am runing a business so without a that phone I can't do anything.
