Huawei MTN 2x deal

Bought Huawei phones a deal with 2 phones + 2 Huawei smart fitness watches. Only the phones where delivered on the 26 June 2025.when I call to ask about the watches they sent me through different prompts which never worked, till to this day I. Haven't received the watches that are part of the contract deal. Send emails to complaints at mtn some were not responded to with any effectiveness up until they said they will release the first batch of watches from 1st August, however it's 06 August today. No communication from them or the company that has to deliver the watches it's been a month now since waiting for watches but I am billed on the contract deal.

Such a frustrating time, disappointed and wouldn't reccomend mtn to anyone. Rate them 0 out of 10 at this rate, it was a big mistake getting into contract with them.
