Huawei Mate 7 Phone battery swelling up

<p>Hi I have a Huawei Mate 7 and want to find out what can I do to get a other make phone like Samsung or Sony as it is the second time my phone goes in in less than 3 months the first time the charging block was faulty and they replaced the phone the 23rd of august and now the phone is in again with a battery that swells out and it is causing the phones case to pull away from the sides. I am not impress with Huawei. Please help c</p>

All our handsets go through full Quality assurance tests before being issued out to clients. For as long as your handset complies with all warranty guidelines, our HVRC will be happy to assist with all the repair issues you might be having or replace it depending on the nature of repair/fault.

Kindly book your handset in at the MTN Carnival Mall store so it may be sent to our Repair Centre for a warranty assessment. HVRC (Repair centre) is guided by the handset Manufacturers Repairs guidelines and in accordance with their Standards and mandate.

You may request a loan handset, however this will depend on availability.

Please be advised there is a quote rejection fee of R330.00 incl. vat applicable when the repair quotation is rejected by client or the quote has expired. This is a standard business rule.

The phone is already booked in. I am now awaiting response from mtn carnival mall about the progress of the repair of my handset.
