Huawei mate 50 pro fuilt

😡😡I have been here for the same problem of the phone for many times all they tell me is that they are going to book the phone but when I go to the other MTN store the manager said I should go to Maponya where I bought my phone they should give a new phone or refund me but refunding it they can't do it. Now I'm at maponya MTN store they said they are going to book it again kindly help is either they refund me for the Mate 50 pro or they give me another phone. Two of the colleagues where asking about the MTN process when it comes to a phone that has a fault I'm tired of returning here for the same thing with no solution 😡😡
